Ujamaa + Bay = Ujamaabay

 "Ujamaa" a word found in Swahili language meaning "Cooperative Economics". The goal of ujamaa is to build and maintain shops, stores, and other money generators, and to profit from them all together. From this perspective, the word "Bay" was added to create a phrase "Ujamaabay" to signify the unification of people in creating the best place to conduct business and share profits.
